Returns & Exchanges

At FOX, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
